I called to check on a letter and the lady who picked it up said rudely, "We don't handle packages". I was trying to explain that it was not a package and she said, "You can explain to me for the next 3 months but i still will not be able to help you". So much for customer service when you are not even giving the customer a chance to explain what they want help with.

No wonder USPS is in the doldrums with such employees the path ahead looks very bleak indeed.
